Refund policy

All sales are final. We offer exchanges on goods that we have either sent incorrectly or have a defect. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receiving the product if there is an issue so we can discuss resolutions. Please note colors may vary by different monitor devices and settings.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate shipping information when purchasing. Refunds will NOT be given if a customer provides incorrect shipping address info or for claims of not receiving a package when tracking says delivered.

Be sure to follow the product care guide that is included in your package to ensure your product remains in original condition.
